Delivery options and prices

On every order the buyer chooses how to receive the item:

The delivery fee is paid by the buyer. A seller may choose to contribute toward the cost of delivery.

Delivery time

Delivery takes up to 5 business days from the moment the item is handed to the courier.

Handing the item to the courier

The seller must hand the item to the courier within 3 business days of the order.

If the seller does not, the order is cancelled automatically and the buyer receives a full refund, including the shipping fee.

Order status and support

If the order status has not been updated to "ready for shipping" within 24 hours, the buyer may open an enquiry through the app.

At any stage the buyer can reach a Switchy team member directly through in-app chat.
